Ready to step it up? Resolve to have a steady and strong yoga practice by taking it to the next level in the new Grow Your Practice: Progressing Beginners Series. In four weeks, you’ll continue to build your repertoire of poses, learn more challenging sequences, and go deeper into the breath work and meditation techniques. This class has been designed with beginner graduates in mind, but it is suitable for anyone looking to strengthen their practice through solid alignment techniques, accessible philosophy, and life-affirming themes. Grow your practice, grow you.
$48 for series (4 weeks)

Make Up Policy: Students may do one make up class per 4 week session of the Grow Your Practice course, and may use it to attend any class taught by Stephanie Snyder or Madhan Raj only. Students must use their make up class during the 4 week session of the Beginner's course for which they registered. No credit will be given for unused classes once the session has ended.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration for the 4 week Beginner's Yoga course, please do so at least 7 days prior to the start of the course in order to receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee, or credit for a future session of the course. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the course are non-refundable.
