Join Lorien for a two hour workshop in which we will redefine fitness in terms of physical and mental health, set realistic goals, explore different kinds of movement that lead to fitness as a consequence, and engage in some much needed DEEP RELAXATION. We will also discuss the roles of adequate sleep, nutrition, creative expression, social connection and mindfulness practices in any happy, healthy, fulfilling life. Wear super comfy clothes and bring something to write with.
