Wind down your weekend & set up your upcoming week with Sunday Night Vibez, a complimentary, all-levels yoga class, led* by yoga therapist, Danielle Swadberg.
>> This class will focus on stress-reduction, and the education and countering of the epidemic of “sitting disease” and “tech-neck”. Danielle will show you how to prevent, alleviate, or eliminate pain and dysfunction associated with sitting at a computer and/or constantly looking at our phones. She will offer education about what Yoga Therapy is (and isn’t) and how it can benefit you. This class will incorporate asana, pranayama, and mindfulness based techniques to leave you feeling empowered and ready for the upcoming week. You will leave with a informative handout of what we have covered and a stress-relieving 15 minute guided meditation. Come prepared to learn, relax, & have fun! <<
