Bmore African Culture Keepers presents their quarterly fitness workshop designed to introduce people in our community to the wonderful world of living a fit and healthy lifestyle with African movement at Movement Lab.
The workshop is approximately 3.5 hours long consisting of sessions: ASA! Fitness (intense low impact African fitness program: asabodyconditioning.com) facilitated by Krystle Brown, West African dance (rhythm will be revealed closer to the actual workshop) facilitated by Mya Ajanku, and one additional new class every quarter to keep it fresh.
The workshop is a platform for all people in various levels of fitness to try a different approach to obtaining, achieving, and sustaining personal health/fitness goals over time.
To jump start this new approach to fitness B.A.C.K offers a 30 day challenge open to everyone leading up to the workshop. Whomever lowers their BMI the most in 30 days wins the challenge and is presented with a prize at the workshop.
If you are interested in the challenge please find our group on facebook (B.A.C.K Fitness Challenge) for more details on the upcoming challenge that will begin on 1/25/2018.
