As healers and empaths it's so easy to carry the weight of the world in our bodies, hearts and spirits. It's vital to our wellbeing to take time to clear ourselves of life's trauma and drama so we can feel whole, compassionate and connected. We'll use embodiment meditation to get grounded and centered, recharge our energy and begin to heal our boundaries.
